Rich ChoCho Marshmallow

Cup cake cokelat memang sudah cantik dari sananya, tetapi kalau mau lebih cantik, bisa kok, kita tambahkan toping menarik yang bukan saja bikin indah, tetapi membuatnya jadi kaya rasa. Mari membuatnya.
Bahan :
150 gram mentega tawar dingin
100 gram margarin
200 gram gula pasir halus
1/4 sendok teh garam
150 gram dark cooking chocolate, lelehkan
1/2 sendok teh cokelat pasta
8 kuning telur
3 putih telur
200 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
50 gram almon bubuk
30 gram cokelat bubuk
1 sendok teh baking powder
50 gram chocolate chips kecil
bahan marsmallow:
100 gram marsmallow putih
250 gram dark cooking chocolate, lelehkan
bahan ganache:
300 ml krim kental
300 gram dark cooking chocolate, potong – potong
Cara Membuat :
  1. Kocok mentega, margarin, dan gula pasir sampai lembut. Masukkan telur satu persatu bergantian dengan sebagian tepung terigu sambil diayak dan dikocok rata.
  2. Masukkan sisa tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk, almond bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan dikocok peralahan. Tambahkan chocolate chip. Aduk rata.
  3. Tuang di loyang di muffin pendek lebar yang dioles margarin

  8. Semprot cake dengan ganache hias dengan marsmallow. Dinginkan.
